客户助理：Customer Assistant
崗位職責：Job Description:
1. Develop andmaintain good relationship with existing customers, follow up immigration and
related follow-up services;
2. Explore customer needs, achieve secondary sales of old customers and refer new
customers from old customers;
3. Carry out channel promotion according to the company's strategy, timely feedback market
trends, and assist in planning and organizing various customer activities
1. 發展和維護現有客戶良好關係，跟進移民及相關後續服務；
2. 發掘客戶需要，達成老客戶二次銷售與老客戶轉介新客戶；
3. 根據公司戰略進行渠道推廣，及時反饋市場動態，協助策劃及組織各類客戶活動；
任職要求 Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, good language skills in Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
2. 1 year or more working experience in customer service or sales, outstanding fresh graduates can also be considered
for training
3. Be good at learning, work carefully and have a sense of responsibility, have a good teamwork spirit
1. 本科或以上學歷，良好中英文語言能力（包括普通話）
2. 有1年或以上客戶服務或者銷售工作經驗，優秀應屆畢業生亦可考慮培養
3. 善於學習，工作細心和有責任感，擁有良好的團隊合作精神
