客户助理:Customer Assistant
崗位職責:Job Description:
1. Develop andmaintain good relationship with existing customers, follow up immigration and
related follow-up services;
2. Explore customer needs, achieve secondary sales of old customers and refer new
customers from old customers;
3. Carry out channel promotion according to the company's strategy, timely feedback market
trends, and assist in planning and organizing various customer activities
1. 發展和維護現有客戶良好關係,跟進移民及相關後續服務;
2. 發掘客戶需要,達成老客戶二次銷售與老客戶轉介新客戶;
3. 根據公司戰略進行渠道推廣,及時反饋市場動態,協助策劃及組織各類客戶活動;
任職要求 Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, good language skills in Chinese and English (including Mandarin)
2. 1 year or more working experience in customer service or sales, outstanding fresh graduates can also be considered
for training
3. Be good at learning, work carefully and have a sense of responsibility, have a good teamwork spirit
1. 本科或以上學歷,良好中英文語言能力(包括普通話)
2. 有1年或以上客戶服務或者銷售工作經驗,優秀應屆畢業生亦可考慮培養
3. 善於學習,工作細心和有責任感,擁有良好的團隊合作精神
