工作職責:
- 處理一般會計職責
- 準備並安排應收賬款核對、付款、記賬數據錄入、憑證歸檔、兼職工資計算等。
- 核對發票, 跟進 AP & AR, 基本人力管理及工資計算等
職業要求:
- 3 - 5年會計經驗
- 會計或同等學歷副學士學位或以上
- 持有LCCI高級證書或以上
- 良好的英語和中文書面和口語能力
- 全套賬戶體驗
- 熟練使用MS Office、中文打字、會計軟件；如XERO、Peachtree、MYOB
- 有上進心，樂於學習，能夠獨立工作並承受壓力
- 強大的分析、溝通和人際交往能力
Job responsibilities:
- Handle general accounting duties
- Prepare and arrange account receivable checking, payment, bookkeeping data entry, vouchers and filing, part time salary calculation, etc.
- Check invoices, follow up on AP & AR, basic manpower management and salary calculation, etc.
Job requirements:
- 3 - 5 years experience in accounting
- Associate Degree or above in Accounting or Equivalent
- Hold LCCI Advanced diploma or above
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Full set account experience
- Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese typing and accounting software； e.g., XERO, Peachtree, MYOB
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
