Job Requirements：
- Degree in Marketing or above
- 8 years experience in sales & business development
- E-commerce and sales experience in Greater China and Hong Kong market
- Familiar with Korean suppliers and manufacturers
- Good communication & presentation skills

Job responsibilities:
- Develop new clients and establish more sales channels in Hong Kong and Mainland China
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by promoting company's products and services to existing and potential clients
- Negotiate business deals and contract terms with potential clients
- Lead and drive sales teams to develop and implement sales strategies and operating plan, as well as track results to achieve the overall sales targets
- Formulate strategic planning, merchant management policy for target markets
- Strengthen relationships with key business partners and other stakeholders
工作職責:
- 在香港和中國大陸開發新客戶，建立更多銷售渠道
- 通過向現有和潛在客戶推廣公司的產品和服務，建立並維持牢固、持久的客戶關係
- 與潛在客戶談判業務交易和合同條款
- 領導和推動銷售團隊制定和實施銷售策略和運營計劃，並跟踪結果以實現總體銷售目標
- 制定目標市場的戰略規劃、商戶管理政策
- 加強與主要業務合作夥伴和其他利益相關者的關係
