Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Retail team to deliver the effective store operations service;
- Provide daily operations support to all shops, including stock inventory control, customer service enquiry, manpower planning, periodic stock take and any other ad hoc project;
- Preparing and analyzing retail reports;
- Conducting and Supervising frontline staffs if needed;
- Coordinating corporate sales and administration activities;
- Handle customer relations and complaints
- Support on special projects of retail team
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ solid experience in retail operations or relevant industry;
- Solid experience in fashion retail operations support is preferred
- Responsible, independent, detailed oriented and able to work under pressure
- Energetic, Self-motived and team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in using MS Office & Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is preferred
