Food factory, Bakery industry
Job Description:
Conducting tests according to Work Instructions & Standard Operating Procedures
Conduct quality checking of food materials and Collection of data on non-conformity
Conduct food safety and hygiene audit at factory to ensure compliance with the internal standards
Assist in implementation and maintenance of ISO, GMP & HACCP system
Assist in Training & pest control
Filing and perform other documentation works
Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned
Requirements:
HKDSE holder or above, Diploma on Food Science will be advantages
Experience in Food Manufacture industry is preferred
Proficient in PC application such as Word, Excel
Responsible, attentive and willing to learn
Independent, multi-tasking skills while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidate with more experience may be considered for the post of Assistant QC Officer
