Responsibilities:
General Administrative Support:
1. Perform a range of administrative tasks, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
2. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees, as required.
3. Maintain and update records, files, and databases in an organized and efficient manner.
4. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
5. Handle incoming calls and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
6. Support the overall office environment to ensure a clean, well-organized, and efficient workspace. 

HR Support:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, conducting initial candidate screening, and maintaining applicant records.
2. Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents under the guidance of the HR department.
3. Maintain employee records, including personal information, leave records, and training records.
4. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions for new hires and coordinating exit procedures.
5. Assist in organizing employee training programs and events.
6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR-related activities. 

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably with exposure to HR functions.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
4. Excellent communication skills,both written and verbal.
5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data management.
7. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
8. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Fluency in written and spoken English (additional language proficiency is a plus). 

Please note that this is a temporary position starting from January
15, 2024, and ending on May 10, 2024. The successful candidate will be expected
to fulfill the responsibilities outlined above during this period.
