Sales Manager/Account Manager (Corporate Team)

Job Info

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Corporate Sales for the hotel and delivery of strategic business plans from senior leaders to accomplish revenue targets
  • Develop a close business relationship with our potential and existing corporate clients to strengthen our client base
  • Direct sales activities of the hotel to achieve budgeted goals
  • Visit potential clients to establish business opportunities and drive revenue
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings
  • Prepare sales reports and regular analysis of market information
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry is must
  • Experience in corporate account conversion will be an advantage
  • Good relations and connection with potential clients network
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, especially Word and Excel.
  • Candidate with less experience may considered as Assistant Sales Manager
