主理向家長介紹課程、為學生提供水平測試，監察學生學習表現;
主理文書及行政工作，包括學費管理、編排上課時間表等; 協助導師準備教材;
主理公司與同事、老師及家長之間的溝通和協調，建立良好關係;
主理中心的業務發展及業績(星期六必須上班)
