Job Info
Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors in consultation/ health assessment process
- Assist the nursing manager to ensure the smooth daily operations
- Handle telephone enquiries and medical appointments
- Handle patient registration and follow-up on patients’ reports or Hospital admissions
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- S6 / DSE or above
- Minimum 1 years' relevant experience in customer service (Medical / Healthcare industry is preferred but not must)
- Customer-first service attitude, positive and strong communication skills
- Blood taking skill is a must
- IV cannulation skill is highly preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
