職位描述:
提供優質的電話熱線服務, 處理客戶的查詢及預約（不涉及銷售）
與客人建立良好關係, 處理客戶需求
確保熱線運作順暢
協助處理不定時臨時委派的工作
入職要求:
F.5/ DSE 以上
良好廣東話，英語及普通話
客戶服務工作的相關經驗者優先考慮
具良好溝通能力，能獨立工作
基本電腦操作(Excel)及中文打字(倉頡/速成)
工作時間 :
· 每週5.5天工作 (長短周輪值9.5小時，當中1小時為午飯時間)
星期一至星期六 8:00-19:00
