We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager 23K-27K
Responsibilities:
- Assist manager and the team to achieve sales targets and development.
- Monitor and supervise the operation of the floor as well as communicating with kitchen team for a smooth operation.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and motivate the staff the do the same.
- Make sure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Organize and supervise shifts, train new staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in Food & Beverage operations.
- Have organizational skills and strong leadership.
- Cheerful personality and able to work as a team.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Salary and Benefits package:
