每週工作6天

扣除休息/用膳後的每天工作時間:

每天工作9小時,需輪班工作

10:00-15:00及16:00-20:00(15:00-16:00用膳)

12:00-16:00及17:00-22:00(16:00-17:00用膳)

職責範圍:烹調菜式;預備食材;採購食材,監控食材庫存;編訂餐單和設計菜式;監控食物品質及及環境衛生;安排人手調配及培訓員工;管理廚房之運作;在上什及二廚督導下協助其他廚務;督導四廚或以下廚師

語文要求:略懂粵語會話;一般中文讀寫

一年相關工作經驗不需要接受技能測試
