Overview: Our company offers comprehensive live-in caregiver staffing solutions to employers in Hong Kong
· You are a self-starter, with initiative and the ability to work independently and within a team environment
· You are proficient in multi-tasking in the presence of frequent interruptions, can handle competing priorities and handle stress with grace
· You demonstate excellent relationship building, negotiation and collaboration skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with all levels of the organization
· You demonstrate a strong commitment to confidentiality and privacy
· Perform other strategic duties as assigned by the Founder of the company

Duties:
-Answer and respond to a very high volume of emails daily
- Communicate effectively in both English and Tagalog
-Schedule appointments based on needs and time
-Maintain both electronic and paper information filing systems, using strong organizational skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Verify accuracy of input data by reviewing and comparing source documents with
-Analyse and problem solve regularly
-Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Gmail
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytical, and research skills
