 Responsibilities:  

  • Perform daily accounting operations, including accounts receivables and payables; 
  • Handle accounts payable & journal entries 
  • Perform general accounting duties such as data record, purchase invoices/statements handling 
  • Assist to process year end closing procedure 
  • Check procurement documents 
  • Perform bank reconciliation 
  • Cheque preparation and general clerical works 
  • AD hoc duties as required

      

 Requirements :  

  • LCCI / Diploma / degree holder in Accounting or related discipline; 
  • At least 2-3 years relevant audit experience; 
  • Proficient in using accounting system software (MYOB) and MS Office; 
  • Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English required; 
  • Able to work for at least 3 full days (from 9am to 6pm) per week
