Responsibilities
· Supervise and motivate team to achieve the sales target
· Drive sales growth through existing and new customers; increase customer base and market share
· Plan, develop and execute key account and territory business plan to drive sales growth
· Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts and expand business portfolio
· Responsible for administrative support, inventory control, scheduling roster, regular reports, sales reports and forecasting
Requirements:
· Proactive and passionate, self-motivated; entrepreneur mind; willing to take on challenges; high adaptability
· Degree holder or above, preferably in beauty/ medical/ business related subjects
· Minimum of 2 years relevant experience, preferably from healthcare / pharmaceutical / beauty industry
· Excellent customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
· Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
· Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
· Immediate available is preferred
