As a Loyalty & CRM Manager, you will be esponsible for managing the customer database, developing loyalty programs, overseeing the customer journey, and devising strategies for each stage. You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and re-targeting through the development of various channels. The ideal candidate is a data- and detail-oriented team player with extensive hands-on experience in multi-channel marketing, capable of spearheading loyalty marketing campaigns while prioritizing the customer's needs.
Job Description:
- Develop loyalty programs based on data such as customer demand, purchasing habits, and demographics to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify and analyze different customer segments to design loyalty campaigns that expand the customer base, enhance retention, and increase spending.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute customer follow-up communications, particularly for those acquired through marketing campaigns and events, to establish enduring customer relationships.
- Explore new opportunities and initiatives to enhance customer loyalty through collaborations with key business partners and OTA platforms.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of robust marketing and communications experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. More experienced candidates will be considered for senior roles.
- Proven track record in developing, executing, and managing effective integrated marketing campaigns. Knowledge of online advertising is advantageous.
- Mature, self-motivated individual with strong business acumen and a positive work attitude.
- Excellent command of both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Zhuhai, China, and other countries.
