Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing & Sales to lead our international marketing and sales strategies. This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, business development, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, with a passion for wellness and a proven track record of successful marketing and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
l Strategic Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.
l Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including travel agencies, corporate clients, and wellness influencers.
l Campaign Execution: Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
l Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing and sales team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
l Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, adjusting strategies accordingly.
l Performance Monitoring: Analyze campaign performance metrics and sales data to refine strategies and optimize ROI.
l Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing and sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize impact.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
l 7+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably within the hospitality or wellness industry. Less experienced will be considered too.
l Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and achieving sales targets.
l Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
l Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
l Passion for wellness and a deep understanding of the wellness industry trends will be appreciated.
