Job Info
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive company growth and profitability
- Oversee overall daily operations and cross-departmental coordination
- Manage financial performance, budget approval and cost control
- Lead, develop and motivate the management team and overall workforce
- Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships (customers, partners, investors)
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
- Ensure compliance with laws/regulations and implement risk management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Management or related fields; MBA preferred
- Proven track record in driving business growth and improving profitability
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-departmental coordination skills
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
