Job Info

Job Responsibilities:

1.Technical planning and Management: Formulate the direction, goals and detailed plans for technological research and development; be responsible for the technical selection, architecture design and core code development of the project; organize the formulation of technical standards and norms, and supervise their implementation.

2.Project Promotion: Responsible for the entire process of new product development (such as PPAP/APQP), ensuring on-time delivery, reasonable allocation of project tasks, monitoring project progress, controlling risks, promoting project execution, and coordinating to solve problems in the project.

3.Team building and Management: Responsible for the construction, training and daily management of the technical team, enhancing the technical capabilities and work efficiency of team members, motivating team members, and fostering a positive and upward team culture.

4.Technical research and innovation: Guide the team in tackling technical challenges, continuously optimize system performance, be responsible for the research and development of technical problems, be able to analyze business requirements and system operation status, continuously optimize, and solve problems discovered during system operation.

5.Cross-departmental collaboration: Maintain good communication with other departments (such as marketing, sales, production, etc.), provide technical support, participate in the pre-project assessment, and ensure the feasibility of technical solutions.

 Job requirements:

1.Educational background: Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in computer science or related fields. Master's or doctoral degrees are preferred

2.Work Experience: Over 8 years of experience in technology research and development, over 3 years of team management experience. Candidates with experience in large-scale project development and management are preferred.

3.Technical proficiency: Proficient in relevant technical fields (such as Java, Python, CAD, database, etc.), familiar with project management knowledge, processes and methods. Candidates with experience in designing high-concurrency and distributed systems are preferred.

4.Management skills: Possessing excellent team management and project management capabilities, with strong communication and coordination skills, capable of promoting project implementation.

5.Other qualities: Possess strong learning ability and stress resistance, be responsible, have strong execution ability, and have good professional ethics
