Pension Administrator

Our client, a reputable organization in the financial services sector, is seeking a meticulous and proactive Pension Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient pension operations, compliance adherence, and high-quality service delivery.

• Process and manage documentation related to retirement accounts and pension transactions.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Conduct quality checks to minimize errors and maintain operational excellence.
• Address and resolve enquiries from clients and internal stakeholders professionally.
• Generate reports on operational metrics and compliance status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to efficiency initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices in pension administration.

• Education: Higher Diploma or above in any discipline (fresh graduates will be considered).
• Experience: 
• 1-2 years in corporate/professional services, pensions, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience handling high-volume data is advantageous.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database systems.
• Language: Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred).
