Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Operation Clerk to join our team. This position is entry-level, and no prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Excel and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily retail operations and ensure smooth store activities
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise displays
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Excel
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with the team to improve operational processes
Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
- High attention to detail and accuracy
