 What you'll be doing:  

  • Manage IT help desk functions to ensure smooth operation, including troubleshooting issues, performing
    software upgrades, and resolving technical problems efficiently. 
  • Perform IT tasks such as network and server administration and support, system checking, backup and report
    generation 
  • Provide first tier trouble shoot help desk support for hardware/software issues (macOS, M365, MS
    Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and implement appropriate solutions 
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environment, including DHCP, DNS, file servers, and Group Policy
    Objects (GPO) 
  • Manage Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and Azure Active Directory 
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 and Exchange Online in a hybrid deployment 
  • Assist occasional IT requests from regional offices (China, Taiwan, Singapore) 
  • upport other IT functions such as hardware management, software installation, network configuration, license
    renewals, system upgrades, and data backups 
  • Explore and incorporate AI tools and solutions into daily operations, leveraging new skills gained from
    training 
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned 

  

What we're looking for:  

  • Higher Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
    disciplines. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support and administration or helpdesk role, working experiences in
    the IT, Telecommunications industry is a plus 
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Windows 10, and Outlook is a MUST 
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills with technical proficiency in Microsoft
    365, macOS, Active Directory, and basic networking 
  • Experience in Web Server and network security such Firewall setting, VPN, Intruder Detection, Anti-Virus and
    Anti-Spamming, etc 
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions is an advantage 
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently 
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin  
  • Certifications such as or equivalent to MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise
    Administrator Expert, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus
