We are now seeking a Customer Relations Consultant to deliver professional support and service to our diverse clientele.

 

Your Role

l Handle inbound inquiries from customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

l Understand customer needs and provide thoughtful, tailored solutions and referrals to our financial service partners where appropriate.

l Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up on issues.

l Proactively collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest service improvements.

l Support company events, promotions, or ad-hoc projects as needed.
