Data Entry Clerk - Day shift

Key Responsibilities:

• Input, update, and verify cargo and document information in the cargo system.

• Handle document exchange and follow-up with government agencies.

• Liaise with various parties on day-to-day cargo handling matters.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE qualification or equivalent.

• Solid experience from cargo terminal operations, warehousing, distribution centre, freight forwarding, supply chain or logistics would be a definite advantage.

• Responsible, attentive to details and ability to work independently. 

• Good command in both spoken English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua would be an advantage.

• Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Word & Excel.

• Willingness to working on shift duties.

Working Hours:

• Average 5 days’ work week, 9 hours work per day including meal break.

• Shift duties are required starting with 07:00 – 16:00/ 15:00 – 24:00 (Subject to operation needs).
