Job Description
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Lead with international vision and a deep
understanding of local market dynamics to join our team. You will be
responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing strategies to drive
business growth in key markets (e.g., US DTC brands, EU SMBs). This role
requires strong data analysis skills, experience with international marketing
channels, and close collaboration with the sales team to optimize conversion
funnels.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in
B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in international growth roles. - Proven expertise in scaling
paid acquisition globally across channels (Google/FB Ads, LinkedIn). - Demonstrated track record in
e-commerce or SaaS lead generation (case studies required). - Deep understanding of
cross-border merchant pain points, including payments, shipping, and
localization needs. - Proficiency in analytics
tools (GA4, SQL basics), CRM, and marketing automation platforms. - Native-level English
proficiency, with fluency in an APAC or EMEA language.
