岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 版权引进全流程工作 / Full Lifecycle of Copyright Acquisition
•调研全球 (重点亚太、欧美地区) 版权市场动态,挖掘优质影视、综艺、纪录片等版权资源,结合公司业务需求筛选适配项目。
◦Research global (with a focus on Asia-Pacific and Europe/America) copyright market trends, identify high-quality film, TV series, variety shows, documentaries, and other copyright resources, and select suitable projects based on company business needs.
•对接海外版权方 (制作公司、发行公司、版权代理机构等),独立开展商务谈判、条款磋商,负责合同起草、审核及履约跟进。
◦Liaise with overseas copyright holders (production companies, distribution companies, copyright agencies, etc.), independently conduct business negotiations, term discussions, and be responsible for contract drafting, review, and performance tracking.
•确保引进版权合法合规、性价比达标,配合内部团队完成版权登记、授权备案,解决引进过程中的各类版权相关问题。
◦Ensure acquired copyrights are legal, compliant, and cost-effective, assist internal teams in completing copyright registration and authorization filing, and resolve various copyright-related issues during the acquisition process.
2. 版权卖出全流程工作 / Full Lifecycle of Copyright Sales
•负责公司自有版权资源的海外推广与销售,拓展海外合作渠道 (海外电视台、流媒体平台、发行公司等),搭建海外版权销售网络。
◦Responsible for the overseas promotion and sales of the company's proprietary copyright resources, expand overseas cooperation channels (overseas TV stations, streaming platforms, distribution companies, etc.), and establish an overseas copyright sales network.
•对接海外意向客户,介绍版权资源优势,开展卖出版权谈判,确定授权范围、期限、费用等核心条款,推进合同签署与回款跟进。
◦Engage with overseas prospective clients, introduce the advantages of copyright resources, conduct sales negotiations, determine core terms such as authorization scope, duration, and fees, and facilitate contract signing and payment collection.
•维护海外客户关系,定期跟进客户需求,提供后续授权服务,挖掘复购潜力,建立长期稳定的合作关系。
◦Maintain overseas client relationships, regularly follow up on client needs, provide subsequent authorization services, explore repurchase potential, and establish long-long-term stable cooperative relationships.
3. 市场与客户管理 / Market and Client Management
•收集整理海外版权市场数据、行业政策、竞争对手动态,定期输出市场分析报告,为公司业务布局提供决策支持。
◦Collect and organize overseas copyright market data, industry policies, and competitor dynamics, regularly produce market analysis reports to provide decision support for the company's business layout.
•建立完善海外客户档案,规范跟进流程,做好客户分级管理,重点维护核心客户,提升合作粘性。
◦Establish and improve overseas client archives, standardize follow-up processes, manage client segmentation, prioritize maintaining core clients, and enhance cooperation stickiness.
•参与海外版权展会、行业峰会,拓展行业人脉,提升公司版权资源海外曝光度。
◦Participate in overseas copyright exhibitions and industry summits, expand industry contacts, and increase the company's copyright resources' overseas exposure.
4. 其他相关工作 / Other Related Work
•严格遵守香港及海内外版权相关法律法规,确保所有业务合法合规。
◦Strictly comply with Hong Kong and international copyright laws and regulations, ensuring all business operations are legal and compliant.
•配合内部各部门完成版权相关协同工作,落实上级交办的其他商务任务。
◦Collaborate with various internal departments to complete copyright-related synergistic work and fulfill other business tasks assigned by superiors.

香港 (需常驻香港并具备合法在港工作资格)
Hong Kong (Must be based in Hong Kong and possess legal work eligibility in Hong Kong)
三、任职要求 / Requirements
1. 学历与专业 / Education and Major
•本科及以上学历,国际贸易、商务英语、传媒、版权相关专业优先。
◦Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Business English, Media, or Copyright-related fields.
•具备1-3年及以上海外版权引进/卖出相关商务工作经验,有香港本地版权行业从业经验、海外版权客户资源者优先录用。
◦1-3 years or more of relevant business experience in overseas copyright acquisition/sales, with local Hong Kong copyright industry experience or overseas copyright client resources being a plus.
•了解香港版权法、国际版权公约及海内外版权相关法律法规,了解版权登记、授权、维权流程,具备扎实的版权专业知识。
◦Familiar with Hong Kong copyright law, international copyright conventions, and relevant copyright laws and regulations at home and abroad, understand copyright registration, authorization, and rights protection processes, and possess solid copyright professional knowledge.
2. 语言能力 (必备) / Language Proficiency (Mandatory)
•普通话、粤语: 流利,可作为日常工作沟通语言,无沟通障碍。
◦Mandarin, Cantonese: Fluent, capable of daily work communication without barriers.
•英语: 听说读写精通,能熟练开展海外商务谈判、与海外客户无障碍沟通 (硬性要求)。
◦English: Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to conduct overseas business negotiations skillfully and communicate seamlessly with overseas clients (hard requirement).
•加分项: 掌握日语、韩语、西班牙语等小语种者。
◦Bonus: Proficiency in Japanese, Korean, Spanish, or other minority languages.

•客户管理: 具备良好的客户服务意识和客户关系维护能力,执行力强,结果导向明确。
◦Client Management: Possess strong client service awareness and client relationship management skills, strong execution ability, and clear results orientation.
•综合素养: 工作严谨细致、责任心强,具备良好的团队协作精神和职业素养,能适应香港快节奏工作环境及偶尔海外出差。
◦Overall Quality: Meticulous and rigorous in work, strong sense of responsibility, excellent teamwork spirit and professional ethics, able to adapt to Hong Kong's fast-paced work environment and occasional overseas business trips.
4. 其他要求 / Other Requirements
•可常驻香港工作,具备合法在港工作资格 (持有香港身份证或有效工作签证)。
◦Must be able to reside and work in Hong Kong, possessing legal work eligibility (holding a Hong Kong ID card or valid work visa).
•熟悉海外版权展会及行业规则,有相关展会参与经验者优先。
◦Familiar with overseas copyright exhibitions and industry rules, with experience participating in relevant exhibitions preferred.
•无不良从业记录,严格遵守行业规范和公司规章制度。
◦No adverse employment records, strictly adhere to industry norms and company regulations.
