Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Operations & Logistics (Study-Friendly!)

THE ROLE AND WHY IT IS PERFECT FOR STUDENTS

We are looking for two organized university students to manage our daily operations. This is an incredibly study-friendly role. Your daily mission involves a brief morning digital coordination window, followed by visiting designated locations later that day to finalize the daily logistics in person. While commuting or waiting on-site, you are welcome and encouraged to use the time to study or complete your university coursework.

THE TWO-PART DAILY SHIFT STRUCTURE

1. The Morning Window (7:00 AM – 7:15 AM)

You will handle initial daily digital coordination via your phone. Punctuality is absolutely essential as our daily queues activate exactly at 7:00 AM sharp. 

2. On-Site Finalization (Variable Times)

To comply with local regulations, the original person who initiates the morning process must physically verify their presence on-site later that day. You will travel to the designated Hong Kong Island location to handle the on-site verification for our team. You will be paid your full 80 HKD/hour rate for all time spent traveling to and executing these on-site tasks.

DAILY TARGET TIMEFRAMES

- Weekdays (Monday – Friday): Coordinating timeframes between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (either straight blocks or split periods depending on availability).

- Weekends (Saturday – Sunday): Coordinating 2-hour timeframes anytime between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

REQUIREMENTS

- Student Status: Currently enrolled as a university student in Hong Kong (Ideally).

- Language: Local Hongkonger fluent in Cantonese, with fluent English (a must) to coordinate with our international team.

- Apps and ID: Must have a valid HKID card and the government's "iAM Smart" app set up on your phone for verification (Non-negotiable).
