Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software solutions across multiple digital products.
• Design, develop, and enhance backend services and business applications. 
• Work closely with Software Engineers across different product areas to deliver high-quality software and promote engineering best practices.
• Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, testing, and production support.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Support software deployment, release management, and continuous product improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Experience in analyzing business & data requirements, data gathering, data cleansing, and data preparation
• Passionate about data integrity with keen attention to accuracy and detail  
• Good team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Good Communication and interpersonal skills
