Part-Time E-Commerce Operation Specialist (Shopify / Amazon / Kickstarter)

Job Responsibilities

1. Multi-Platform Store Daily Management

Manage the full daily operation of our Shopify official store and Amazon seller account. Key duties include product listing creation and optimization, regular inventory updates, pricing adjustment, order monitoring, and basic backend store maintenance to ensure stable store operation.

2. E-Commerce Data Analysis & Store Optimization

Monitor store traffic, conversion rates and overall product sales performance. Assist in executing store optimization strategies, setting up platform promotions, and coordinating daily operational tasks across all e-commerce channels.

3. Crowdfunding Project Operation (Priority Task)

Support the preparation, launch and follow-up of our Kickstarter and Indiegogo crowdfunding projects. Responsibilities cover campaign page setup, content updates, backer message inquiry handling, and full progress tracking throughout the crowdfunding period.

4. Ad-Hoc Operational Support

Assist with other e-commerce operation and digital marketing ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the team.

Job Requirements

• Must-have: Hands-on practical experience operating and managing Shopify independent stores and Amazon seller backend systems
• Strong priority: Candidates with real Kickstarter or Indiegogo crowdfunding project operation experience
• Familiar with e-commerce listing optimization, basic store configuration and standard online store operational workflows
• Basic proficient written English skills for handling overseas platform content, product copy and customer messages
• Detail-oriented, self-disciplined and able to work independently to complete daily tasks steadily
• Available to work on-site at our Shatin Shek Mun office
