财务VP (Finance VP)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Participate in the company's long-term strategic planning, providing financial feasibility analysis and capital allocation suggestions for cross-border business expansion and market entry.

2. Establish core plans for operating data, optimizing capital structure and cash flow health, and building and optimizing a group-based multi-entity financial management system covering accounting, taxation, budgeting, costs and cash flow.

3. Be responsible for financial compliance related to payment business, coordinating with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with payment license regulatory requirements.

4. Coordinate global tax management, build a reasonable cross-border tax structure, and balance tax compliance and cost optimization.

 Job requirements:

1. Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting, finance, financial management, taxation, etc.

Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA are preferred

An MBA or advanced finance degree will be given additional points

2. Work Experience

10 years of experience in financial management, 3 years of experience in positions equivalent to financial VP or financial director

5 years of experience in fintech or payment industry, with experience in cross-border payment services preferred

Experience in licensed payment institutions (payment licenses) is preferred

Experience in listed companies or IPOs, and experience in the Big Four accounting firms are preferred

Experience in overseas business or multi-market financial management is preferred

3. Language and Comprehensive Skills

Fluent in English, with strong data sensitivity and capital risk awareness

Clear logic, skilled in cross-departmental communication, capable of implementing business plans as well as maintaining compliance bottom lines
