Business Development Director

Responsibilities

·Formulate and implement
business development strategies for the company’s corporate finance,
securities and FinTech-related operations 

·Conduct market research,
client needs analysis and preliminary business assessment for potential
projects and partnership opportunities 

·Lead commercial negotiations
and coordinate internal and external resources to facilitate the implementation
of key business projects 

·Continuously monitor market
trends and developments in the financial and FinTech sectors in mainland China,
Hong Kong and overseas

·Assist
management with business planning, market expansion and strategic
decision-making ·Handle ad hoc business development and strategic
projects as assigned by management 

Requirements

·Master’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Financial Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, FinTech or related disciplines

·Solid understanding of financial investment, investment and financing, securities or related financial services, with relevant practical experience preferred

·Strong business development, client acquisition, commercial negotiation and relationship management skills

·Established business networks and client resources among Mainland Chinese enterprises, financial institutions, investment institutions or industry partners will be highly preferred

·Preference will be given to candidates who are familiar with the financial and business environment in mainland China and have experience in mainland market development or cross-border business expansion

·Strong financial and commercial analytical skills, with the ability to assess client needs, market opportunities and potential business projects

·Excellent communication, relationship-building and cross-functional coordination skills

·Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English

·Self-motivated, commercially minded, responsible and results-oriented
