Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the team on daily shipping operations and cargo arrangements from factory to overseas.
  • Prepare logistics reports and analyze data to effective logistics solutions.
  • Handle licensed cargo arrangements, working with HKTID for pre-classification and license applications.
  • Formulate and establish frameworks, policies, and SOPs for the team.
  • Monitor, control, and manage cargo conditions to ensure quality, and provide professional responses when transportation incidents are encountered.
  • Turn incident findings into action by formulating new initiatives and smart logistics solutions.
  • Drive cross-departmental projects, explore new technology applications, and manage vendor relations.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification: Higher Diploma / Associate Degree / Bachelor's Degree or above.

Field of Study: Supply Chain Management / Logistics Management / Manufacturing / or related disciplines

Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant shipping or logistics experience (related industry preferred)

  • Solid knowledge of international import/export processes and shipping documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with cargo damage claims and incident management is a plus.
  • Experience with HKTID licensed cargo, pre-classification, and license applications is highly preferred.
  • Practical experience with SAP (including GR and inventory handling); familiarity of Lotus Notes is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) with accurate typing skills.
  • Excellent analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to handle data analysis and reporting.
  • Highly responsible, independent, self-motivated, and hardworking, with an adaptive attitude and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and cooperative team-playing skills.
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken). 

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00p.m. (Alternate Saturdays off)
