崗位職責：
1、超導量子電腦嘅測控系統性能研發。
2、超導量子比特測控同整機集成項目管理。
3、多比特芯片嘅測控精度優化。
4、測控硬件同超導量子芯片嘅研發同設計。
崗位要求：
1、超導量子計算領域博士學歷，或者碩士學歷兼有3年以上相關工作經驗。
2、具備豐富嘅超導量子芯片比特成功測控經驗。
3、有紮實嘅數學物理基礎。
4、最少熟識一門編程語言。
5、具備良好嘅英文文獻閱讀能力，同埋總結匯報能力。
6、具有良好嘅溝通能力、團隊管理能力、項目規劃能力，同埋風險預判能力。
Job Responsibilities:
· Research and development of measurement and control system performance for superconducting quantum computers.
· Project management for superconducting qubit measurement and control, as well as whole-system integration.
· Optimization of measurement and control precision for multi-qubit chips.
· Research, development, and design of measurement and control hardware and superconducting quantum chips.
Job Requirements:
· Ph.D. in the field of superconducting quantum computing, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
· Proven, extensive experience in successful measurement and control of superconducting qubits.
· Solid foundation in mathematics and physics.
· Proficiency in at least one programming language.
· Strong ability to read English-language technical literature, as well as excellent skills in summarizing and presenting findings.
· Good communication skills, team management abilities, project planning capabilities, and risk assessment and foresight skills.
