Executive Assistant I in the College of Business and Finance
Monthly Salary Range: HK$17,690 – HK$29,105
Duties: The appointee will perform programme execution, general administration and office duties, including implementation of academic programmes, coordinating and execution of marketing and publicity, liaison with internal and external parties for seminars or site visits, implementation of School’s Quality Assurance system, general/telephone enquiries, admission, timetabling, and any other duties as assigned. Experiences in academic course accreditation or validation will be an advantage.
Requirements: Candidates should have a recognized degree (preferably in business-related disciplines) with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience. Good written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) with strong interpersonal and communication skills, high proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing, strong ability to work independently and high willingness to take up responsibilities are essential. Overtime work will be required where necessary.
Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review. A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract. Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable. The School also provides staff development opportunities.
