Executive Officer II
The appointee will be responsible for (a) administrative support to special projects; (b) secretarial support to college committees; (c) administrative support and formulation of work plans for summer residence in student hostels; (d) management of staff residence; (e) administrative support on the construction of the new student hostel; (f) administration of language programmes for students; (g) answering of mailbox enquiries and arrangement of academic visits; and (h) other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor’s degree; (ii) post-qualification experience at executive level, preferably at tertiary institutions; (iii) fulfilled the English language requirements set out on the website: https://www.hro.cuhk.edu.hk/en-gb/languageforeo; (iv) excellent communication skills and team spirit; (v) excellent command of both English and Chinese; (vi) willingness to shoulder responsibility and take up challenges; (vii) the ability to handle multi-tasks in an organized manner; (viii) the ability to work independently and under pressure; and (ix) strong computer proficiency.
Appointment will be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
