Responsibilities :
- Report to CEO & Senior Management
- Execute the provisionsof the credit policy andthe day to day operation
- Develop and identify sales initiatives in sub-primemarket of money lending
- Issue loan-related guidelines tostaff and assure the implementation in line with the conditions set byregulated authorities
- Ensure a high level of efficiency and productivityto achieve the business goal.
- Handle enquiries and complaintsfrom customers inprofessional manner
- Provide trainingto all level of staff in operation.

Requirements :
- Diploma /Degree holder in Business Administration orrelated-subject
- Minimum 5-year experience of money lending or finance-related business including at least 3 years experience of mortgage loan in managerial level
- Preferably with Bank working experience
- Solid experience of back office supportfunctions
- Sound knowledge on regulatory requirements
- Practical experience of team work inachieving the business goal
- Strong sense of leadership, problem solvingand communication skills
