Responsibilities :
- Handle daily in/outbound operation arrangement. Ensure all order fulfillment in receipt, put away, pick / pack and delivery with right quantity, high accuracy and productivity
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation
- Provide operations support to warehousing team and management
- Manage clients' inquiries, order processing, invoicing and logistics arrangement
Requirements:
- 2 - 4 years working experience in Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry
- Experience of using warehouse management system
- Good knowledge of warehousing management, cross border and domestic delivery process
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure & willing to work overtime when required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Ms Word and Excel
