- Form 5 or above;
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered;
- Experience in customer services or travel industry is a plus;
- Resonsible for handling inbound calls and answer customers' enquiries;
- Fluent in spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Fluency in other foreign languages (e.g. Japanese & Korean) is an advantage;
- Comprehensive and structured training will be provided;
- Shift duty is required.
Remarks:
- Monthly salary: HK$12-18K + incentive + shift allowance (HK$1,800-HK$3,000) + Join-in bonus (HK$12K);
- Working location: Tsuen Wan;
- 5-day work;
- Working hour: 8.5 hours per day (3 shifts - morning/ night/ overnight);
- Good fringe benefits e.g. 14 days AL, medical, paid SL etc. will be provided.
