Responsibilities
- To be a brand ambassador and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand and products to the customers
- Assist in marketing projects and events to promote the brand
- Maintain good relationship with customers
- Handle inquiries raised by visitors
Requirements
- Diploma holder or above
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Good communication skills
