Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support on PC/Mac, networking & systems functions for end users;
- Provide hardware and software maintenance/ remote support to solve the IT related problems;
- Provide network support and server monitoring;
- Handle and answer customers technical inquiries;
- Timely report and update the job status to the team leader
- Minimum 1 year IT related experience
- Certificate holder of MCP / MCSE / MCITP / CCNA is an advantage
- Good analytical and problem solving skill on technical level
- Self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work independently
- Good command of both English and Chinese, Cantonese speaking is required
- Immediately available is preferred
