 Responsible : 

  •  Handle full spectrum of HR duties   
  • Update, control and maintain staff record in HR database and filing system 
  • Handle office administration duties including all office furniture and fixture, maintenance of office equipment, machines and assist the organization of parties, annual dinner etc. 
  • Update and maintain record in administrative system 
  • Assist in other ad hoc assignments 

 

Requirement : 

  • Knowledge of Human Resources Management or Business-related knowledge 
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in human resources and administration 
  • Knowledge on Labour Ordinance and related regulations 
  • Mature, detailed-minded, strong sense of responsibility, possess problem solving skills, hard working, able and willing to handle multitasks as assigned 
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese 
  • Knowledge of MS Office & Chinese Word Processing  
  • Immediately available is preferable

Working Hours : 

  • Weekly 5.5 days (Alternative Saturday-Off) 
  • Monday to Friday : 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (including 1 hr lunch time) 
  • Saturday : 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
