Product Technical Support Manager

 Job duties:

· Build relationships and consistently collaborate with our business partners Biokat todefine Chinese medical science, technology strategy, identify and evaluate opportunities and resolve the problems.  

· Work closely with our operations team, sales and marketing team to continuously provide sales and technical support for our Biokat-MV physiotherapy instrument;   

· Direct the teams at various levels of career; accountable for mentoring, training and performance management. 

· Understand clients’ needs through research, testing, surveys, data analysis, and the usage of the Biokat-MV physiotherapy instruments. 

· Provide regular training and product support to clients including instrument operation, staff training, result analysis, post-purchase service etc.  

· Constantly evaluate and refine the client’s technical support experience to provide better after-sales services and maintain good performance.  

 Requirements:

· Minimum 7 years of experiences in traditional Chinese medical science, and physiotherapy instruments. 

· Knowledgeable about the instructions of Biokat-MV physiotherapy instrument from Bio Resonance. 

· Able to motivate team to achieve and sustain high performance. 

· Effective as a team member/leader both within and outside the support organization.
