Job Responsibilities: 

· Ensure that all aspects of life policy administration team’s daily operations meet the prescribed TAT and accuracy KPIs 

· Represent Life Policy Administration as subject matter expert to provide userrequirements and assist in UAT on various assigned initiatives and new product Day 1 and Day 2 implementation 

· Review procedures, service forms and correspondences to cope with changes arising fromvarious initiatives or regulatory requirements 

· Document legacy system logics and product knowledge to build up knowledge database 

· Work with Life Operations Project team to review, identify and propose ways to close any gaps arisen due to new or changes in company or regulatory guidelines related to life operations 

· Analyze operation data such as change reject reasons and feedback to channel to improve first submission pass through rate 

· Coach and develop teammates for succession planning and personal development 

· Provide training to internal relationship managers and brokerage partners on policy administration rules and guidelines 

· Contribute to the culture of continuous improvement by adopting Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement continuous opportunities to improve overall services and mitigate risks 

· Prepare operation reports for management review 

  

Job Requirements: 

· Degree holder with minimum 5 years supervisory experience in life policy administration functions 

· Solid knowledge of life products and life operations 

· People management experience a must 

· Experience handling regulatory projects or product implementation an advantage 

· Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problems solving skills 

· Able to lead, drive changes and build effective relationships with other departments 

· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese 

· Knowledge of Six Sigma an advantage
