工作內容:
- 透過電話解答客戶的一般查詢並致力提供客戶滿意的服務
- 把握機會在通話中推廣公司產品/服務或跟進續約事宜
- 恰當地處理客戶的投訴，當遇到未能即時解決的查詢或客戶特別要求時，及時地將個案交給經理跟進
工作要求：
- 中學文憑試/中學會考程度或以上，具一年以上客戶服務及電訊業經驗者優先
- 以客為本，主動熱誠地提供協助和作出銷售
- 具良好服務態度
- 能以流利中英文和普通話溝通
- 輪班工作
- 屯門 或 九龍灣上班
