Key Result Areas

  • Office routine, providing secretarial assistance professionally and responsively
  • Handle all medical documents, medical bookings for both directors.
  • Take responsibility for managing and prioritizing the diary schedule and other secretarial duties to ensure the efficient and timely completion of tasks and deadlines
  • Prepare travel arrangements, business correspondence, presentation materials, agendas in a precise and accurate manner
  • Coordinate special events, such as management meetings, video conferences, and other internal activities to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
  • Assist in project management and strategies being developed concerning new business and special projects, when necessary

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience

  • Matriculated or above with formal secretarial training
  • At least 2 years of secretarial experience, with a proven track record of supporting director
  • Extensive administrative and analytical skills, including organising, prioritizing, and planning
  • Ability to deal comfortably with internal and external contacts, at all levels, work without supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
  • Strong follow-through and completion of assigned tasks
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
  • Skillful application of MS Office programmes – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn the emerging system and toolset requirements
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, and Mandarin is a plus
  • Fresh graduates welcome
