Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs 
  • Responsible for store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures 
  • Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service 
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards 
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff 
  • Provide strong follow up on quotations and Sales orders to ensure and minimize customer complaints 
  • Visiting client to deliver our in-house Interior Design Service 

Requirements:

  • Passion and an ambition to grow with the company; 
  • Experience in retail selling, not limited in any industry; 
  • Positive attitude and have a spirit of constant improvement; 
  • Integrity on running the own store and team; 
  • Fluence in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a big advantage.
