Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Responsible for store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Provide strong follow up on quotations and Sales orders to ensure and minimize customer complaints
- Visiting client to deliver our in-house Interior Design Service
Requirements:
- Passion and an ambition to grow with the company;
- Experience in retail selling, not limited in any industry;
- Positive attitude and have a spirit of constant improvement;
- Integrity on running the own store and team;
- Fluence in English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a big advantage.
