Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical Support for internal users – both Software and Hardware
- Provide inhouse support in computer networking and hardware maintenance
- Assist in managing hardware and software inventory items
- Coordinate with external vendors on application software support and maintenance
Job Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- At lease 2 years relevant experience on IT services or server facility would be an advantage
- Knowledge in server facility and LINUX and Oracle are an advantage
- Good command of both spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as IT Support Assistant
- Immediately available is highly preferred
