Responsibilities 

· Manage and maintain daily HR operations, including compensation & benefits, payroll administration, MPF administration, staff leave record & attendance and recruitment arrangement  

· Responsible for whole payroll process and forecast 

· Responsible for updating staff handbook, policy & procedure, and organize staff activities 

· Handling Office Administration, Travel Arrangement, Calendar Management. 

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management with min. 2 yearsof related experiences  

· Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing 

· Well versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance 

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and multi-tasking 

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage 

· Able to meet tight timeline, independent, self-motivated, initiative with good analytical andcommunication & presentation skills

· Immediate availability is preferred
