Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives, staff caring , annual dinner and community engagement activities

• Organize employee relations activities such as annual dinner, Christmas party, staff outing and other company events, etc

•Provide guidance and support , such as employee grievance, under performance, disciplinary issues, work injury, policy interpretation, etc.

•Assist in develop and implement HR policies in accordance with the Firm’s strategy

•Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects

•Work outside the office is required

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in HR Management or related disciplines preferred

At least 2 years relevant experience in Human Resources Management and Administration 

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
