 Responsibilities:  

  • Office work only 
  • Report the outstanding payment and P & L to Manager monthly 
  • Account Entry, Issue Cheque, Invoice, PO, Delivery Note, Receipt 
  • Contact Overseas factory, Forwarders & Local Customs for Delivery 
  • Apply to Customs 

Requirements:   

  • F.5 or above, with LCCI High Level 
  • Can handle full set of Import/Export, local delivery, declaration and ge-ts;  
  • At least 3 year working experience in Accounting with strong accounting knowledge 
  • Good command both in English & Mandarin 
  • Familiar with PC knowledge in Excel & Word 
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, Independent work and able to manage multi-tasks  
  • Immediate availability is preferred
